We provide advise on the typical Compensation and Benefits extended to employees in the country they want to relocate to.

  • Expatriate administration and Visa processing and registration with the local authorities

We help outline the process, inputs, timelines and outputs to be able to register for and provide work and residence visas for employees and contractors. We also apply for and obtain the Visas required to manage the lifecycle of sponsoring Employees and Contractors into the country. We provide the administration services to support all Government Business relating to Employee Visa administration. Once the employees have their visas, we ensure the people are registered and compliant with local country standards (Tax, Social Security, Health Insurance). We also, provide the administration to ensure all required documentation and reports are provided to the right Government Departments to the right standards.

  • Relocation services

We provide advice on or help identify Temporary Accommodation and Destination Service Providers for employees (House Search, School Search, Adminstration (Driving Licence, Bank Accounts etc)

  • Payroll Processing and administration and payments of the taxes and Social Security Subscriptions

We establish the mechanisms to support an out of country payroll for the employees that comply with local country standards (Tax, Social Security).
